  The first day after we arrived i went to your office to pay the remainder of my bill and advise you that there was some issues: 2 fans were broken and the freezer was broken as the alarm kept going off and also we needed a cot and high chair for a baby. You told me it was not urgent and as it was sunday you would send someone on the monday, the guy arrived on the monday and argued that the freezer was not broken even though ice pops had been in for 2 days and were still not frozen, never the less they brought another fridge and plugged it into the same socket which leaked all over the kitchen floor for the next two weeks. As the baby had no cot she had to be taken to the doctor and was treated for heat exhaustion,

  Villa was superb! Nice quiet location close to the city center (walking distance). Service at agency was great as well, very informative and helpful. We will definitely come back soon.

  Para recibir las llaves , que son los sábados a partir de las 5, había una cola que se salia de la oficina. La villa está genial, y el servicio de atención para la resolución de problemas es verdaderamente bueno. Todas las incidencias fueron resueltas de manera rápida y efectiva.

  The pool man was out 4 times during our two week stay and only actually cleaned the pool once the other times he threw some substance that looked like salt into the pool which left the bottom gritty for days, 5 people have had ear infections from the dirty water since we have came home which is unacceptable all h
